• Completed applications forms must be received at the College before the 31st of October 2015
• The prescribed College of Nursing application for admission form must be completed and signed by the applicant.
• All the required attachments must be certified and attached.

· Grade 12 applicants must submit written proof from the school, that they are registered for a National Senior Certificate—Bachelors Degree pass with English as a compulsory subject.
· Completed application forms must be received at the College from the 01st of April to the 31st of August each year.
· The prescribed Limpopo College of Nursing application for admission form must be completed and signed.
· A certified copy of the Identity Document must be attached. (Birth Certificate if ID is not available yet).

• A candidate shall apply to the person in charge of the nursing college for admission to a course.
• Grade 12, senior certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proof of current registration with South African Nursing council (SANC) as a General nurse and Midwife.
• The current registration shall be maintained for the full duration of the course.
• Proof of professional indemnity.
• Approved study leave from the employer.
• Candidates must have current exposure for a period of one (1) year in a unit for the program applied for. Within the year of exposure four (4) months should be a an accredited facility;

• Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science, Health Assessment Treatment and care the exposure to be current exposure at a clinic/health care centre for a period of two (2) years.
• Diploma in Opthalmological Nursing Science current exposure for a period of six (6) months at a clinic, under the supervision of trained ophthalmic health care provider
