REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent or higher qualification in Information management
systems. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint
and Excel). Knowledge of Numeracy. Flexibility, willingness and ability to work
under pressure independently and in a team. Data packaging skills, verbal and
written communication skills and good interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s
license will be an added advantage. Experience in DHIS software, ETR for TB
Tier.Net for ART Management software will be added advantage. Consideration
will be given to those applicants that have undergone the 21 days training by
National Department of Health.
DUTIES : Reconciling patient’s records with various registers. Ensure ongoing data
capturing from patient records into the database with a standard of accuracy.
Identify, resolve or query missing data and errors observed during data entry,
electronic checks or manual reviews. Report missing data and errors to the
facility manager. Review and validate all data from the patient records to ensure
that all data is correct, completed and logical. Communicate and distribute data
reports to the facility manager. Ensure timely and accurate data submission.
